I'm in the process of selecting accounting services for my small business and would love some advice. My company is growing, and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to manage the books on my own.

I'm wondering what factors should I consider when choosing an accountant or accounting firm? Should I hire a full-service firm, or would a freelance accountant be sufficient? What kind of services should I prioritize, such as tax filing, bookkeeping, or financial planning?
